How do you remove temporary tooth?

If you fit the temporary tooth securely in place and are not able just to pull it out of place, then all you need to do is dip the corner of a washcloth in very hot (boiling) water and press the wet portion of the cloth around the temporary tooth. Just be careful not to burn yourself with the hot portion of the towel. This will heat and loosen the fitting material so that it will easily slide out of place.
